New Music Monday – Volume II

This week, it is my turn. Let me know what you think, and if you have bands that you’d like featured, comment and let us know. Let’s get talking about good music. St. Augustine said, “When you sing you pray twice”, well, when you rock you pray thrice. Let’s roll!

To begin, a hoedown!

Okay, enough of that, let’s get rockin’!

That was Capital Kings with “You’ll never be alone.” Next is a song that is a little bit older, but still gets me jazzed. Here’s Abandon with “Feel It In Your Heart”.

Lastly, this is a Christian metalcore band called Oh, Sleeper. This song called “Hush Yael” is from their concept album, “Children of Fire”.  Beware, it’s heavy.

Oh and just because I can for a special bonus track, here is Mike or AnotherEpigone from Team Orthodoxy two years ago, shouting lyrics into the mic at an Oh Sleeper concert – just go to 1:10 in the video. You’re welcome Mike.

I hope you liked this week’s New Music Monday. Make sure that you comment if you like the bands or have bands you would like to suggest for upcoming NMM’s.  As always, tell your friends about the hottest Catholic Evanglization Team on the interwebz. Make sure you follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.  We even have Instagram!  Join the conversation!  See you soon.
